FEDUJAZZ Celebrates 4th Year Anniversary
FEDUJAZZ, established in 2015, is a non-profit foundation that provides free music education for the youth of the Dominican Republic. A proud partner of the Dominican Republic Jazz Festival, which is now in its 22nd year, this collaboration provides a high-quality music education program with prominent musicians, including Latin Grammy and Grammy Award-winning artists, along with classes held year-round with local professors.

Winter Session Began January 15, 2018
After a brief break in December for the holidays, FEDUJAZZ classes resumed January 15, 2018. Students were welcomed back fresh and rested, eager to resume their music classes and activities. Classes in theory, as well as individual musical instruments such as guitar, drums, and piano, will continue Monday through Saturday until Summer Break begins in June.
FEDUJAZZ Holiday Concert, December 2017
FEDUJAZZ Celebrated the Holidays with a special concert for the community, featuring live musical performances with our students. The event was held in December 2017 at the FEDUJAZZ center in Cabarete. Students on guitar, drums, piano and saxophone took the stage, along with their professors and showcased their talent to friends, family and the community. It was a festive display of joy and holiday spirit, enjoyed by all.
22nd Dominican Republic Jazz Festival announces 2018 dates
The 22nd Dominican Republic Jazz Festival, presented by FEDUJAZZ and the Ministry of Tourism, will host seven nights of free concerts in 2018 recognizing music, culture and the arts. The festival will host a show for the first time ever in Punta Cana, on August 24 & 25, followed by a show on October 28 in Santo Domingo, November 1 in Santiago, November 2 in Puerto Plata, and November 3 & 4 in Cabarete. Details about the musicians and festival theme will be forthcoming.
